Summer Week

Peak Summer Week
(falls between July 19 - Aug 16th)
Additional fees (including Administrative Fees, Security Deposit, Turnover Cleaning Services and Applicable Taxes) will apply.
The Security Deposit is calculated as 40% of the total weekly rental rate for a 1-week period and 25% for rental periods of two weeks or more.
50% of the full Rental Amount is due at time of booking. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival.
There is a $250 penalty for late payment of the balance between 59-46 days prior to the commencement of the rental will be added.
